Updates the default Aztec release to v6.0.0-rc.6 and supports the repository split into aztec-packages and aztec-node.
• Resolves the release’s pinned labs commit and creates one shallow, sparse aztec-node checkout by default.
• Makes protocol/L1 and Noir sources optional.
• Updates code, documentation, example, and error searches to use active repositories.
• Uses documentation from the pinned commit when an exact release snapshot is unavailable.
• Preserves release-candidate distinctions and safely handles interrupted syncs, retries, and downgrades.
• Updates tool descriptions, README, and the isolated live smoke test.
